About Nicholas Wiggins
I have been creating and designing since childhood, blending my passion for visual storytelling with a deep commitment to urban and environmental planning. With over seven years of experience in planning, project management, communications, and branding, I specialize in crafting impactful strategies that engage communities, elevate organizations, and drive meaningful change.

In my current role at The Cadmus Group, I lead development of technical assistance for the Reconnecting Communities Institute, USDOT’s center for learning to restore and reconnect communities that have been harmed, isolated, and cut off from opportunity by transportation infrastructure. My work includes delivering technical assistance to communities across the country and developing innovative training resources.

Key Accomplishments:

Delivered 11+ hours of technical assistance to 42 communities in 35 states.

Created the Group Technical Assistance Delivery Standard Operating Procedures Multimedia Training Program to streamline and enhance training effectiveness.
My expertise spans graphic design, video production, content creation, social media management, event planning, and branding, all of which I use to strengthen public engagement and drive mission-oriented projects forward. I am a creative and pragmatic urban planner with a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Memphis.
